Supreme Court Justice Paul Newby visited three Eastern North Carolina counties on September 26 to promote civics education and the N.C. constitution. He appeared on WTIB radio in Pitt County, spoke to students at JP Knapp Early College in Currituck County, and served as the keynote speaker for a traveling Department of Natural and Cultural Resources exhibit on the North Carolina Constitution in Pasquotank County.
