GREENVILLE, N.C. — The Pitt County legal community will gather for a luncheon on Wednesday, Nov. 9, in celebration of the achievements of the North Carolina district courts over the past 50 years.

The private event includes a 50th anniversary luncheon and continuing legal education seminar. Members of the media are welcome to attend.

Chief District Court Judge David A. Leech will give remarks recognizing the 50th anniversary of the N.C. district courts. Nichole McLaughlin, staff attorney with the North Carolina State Bar, will present a continuing legal education seminar entitled “Confidentiality and Technology.”
